B1: You know, the only concern I have about buying near the beach, so many of those homes have these tiny little yards, a little patch of grass and a bunch of gravel, I want something that not only “looks Hawaii” , it has to “feel Hawaii”, I want palm trees that sway in the wind, bamboo gardens, exotic flowers, fruit trees, it really needs to scream to me - I'M IN HAWAII !
B2: I SO AGREE! You know, with that said, I want it to have a huge back yard, something where I don't feel like I'm in a fishbowl. Might as well be completely fenced, I think I'm ready for another dog, how about you?
B1/B2 (laughing together) we forgot the #1 thing on the list, its gotta have an ocean view….. not budging on that one!

B1: That's what I love about you, your humor (laughing together again), lets have some real fun, tell the Realtor we want it on a quiet cul-de-sac, with sidewalks and underground utilities… (both laughing uncontrollably now), oh, oh, oh... add in, I'm not doing laundry in the garage! Laundry room has to be in the House! Ohhh, you're too funny! no, no, get this, it has to be from this century - nothing older than 2000, ha, ha, ha....
