Housekeeping: Ok, out of habit (what habit I don't know) But I have always called the variance a "NonConforming Use Permit" an "NCU" . I have overlooked the spelling for how long? Clarification: It is a "NCU" permit.... NonConforming Use ... NCU. So please correct my mistakes, it is an NCU permit for properties that are in an are non permitted zone.
